Training:

All credit card refunds due to cancellation are subject to an additional 3% cancellation fee.

Refund policy:
  • 100% refund with 10 or more business days notice.
  • 80% refund with 6 to 9 business days notice.
  • No refund will be given with 5 or less business days notice.
  • Reschedules will be at the sole discretion of The Light Brigade, Inc. and subject to a $250 re-schedule fee.
  • Substitute attendees will be allowed.
  • If, for any reason, the course is canceled, liability is limited to return of the course fee.

Products:

  1. Terms of payment: NET 30 days on on approved credit.
  2. All shipments are F.O.B. Light Brigade's facility, Tukwila, Washington, via UPS ground.
  3. All sales are in U.S. funds.
  4. No returns of goods without prior approval.
  5. A 25% restocking charge will be added to all returned goods.
  6. Goods are deemed accepted unless buyer notifies LBI of damage or defect within 20 days of receipt of goods.
  7. Any claims for shortages must be made in writing within 10 days from date of delivery.
  8. All DVD and CD orders are final and may be returned for replacement only if defective.
  9. Any returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges..
