9/3/2013

Light Brigade continues to expand its class offering to the FTTx community. Please visit us at the FTTH 2013 Conference and Expo in Tampa, Florida, September 30 through October 2 where we will preview our FTTx OSP Design course. This course was created for those who need in depth skills on how to design an effective FTTx network. The class consists of three days of training, including eight hours of hands on exercises where the student will design their own system, applying the knowledge they have learned about distributed split, centralized split, home run, and point to point systems.

Light Brigade will teach a six hour primer on the new FTTx OSP Design program Wednesday, Oct 2 at the conference and we will be teaching our two day CFHP class in Tampa immediately following the conference. For more information, contact the FTTH Council or Light Brigade.

Our highly successful “Certified Fiber to the Home Professional” (CFHP) course is a two day lecture course that prepares planners, supervisors, and project managers with the knowledge they need to install and maintain FTTH and FTTB networks. The CFHP course is available as both a classroom event, or, for those in remote locations, as a self-contained online training program. Our “FTTx for Installers and Technicians” teaches the hands on skills needed to install, test, and repair the FTTx system.
