Pro-AV and Broadcast

The four-day Fiber Optics for Pro AV and Broadcast course features two days of classroom lecture and two days of hands-on skills labs to provide an overview of fiber optic transmission theory, system design parameters, installation guidelines, connectors, test equipment, documentation, and troubleshooting tailored for Pro A/V and broadcast applications. The course includes extensive hands-on exposure to fiber optic cable preparation, terminations, testing, and troubleshooting.
The course is intended for those who design, install, maintain, or troubleshoot fiber optic systems and spans in the Pro A/V and Broadcast industries.

Introductory to intermediate. Beginners to experienced fiber technicians find the class and extensive hands-on skills training beneficial.
