This kit includes all the tools technicians need for mid-span entries, accessing and stripping trunk and distribution cables, and preparing fiber for installation. Our kit also includes cleaning media, such as non-woven wipes, cleaning fluid, and a cassette cleaner, to assist with ensuring fiber end faces are properly cleaned before installation.
The tools in this kit are identical to the ones used in our Fiber Optics 1-2-3 and Broadband Fiber Optic Technician courses, so they will feel familiar to anyone who has taken either of those classes.
